These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of JustUsCarpooling.com and its customers. JustUsCarpooling.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the service of any customer caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Illegal activity. Customers may not present JustUsCarpooling.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by JustUsCarpooling.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

2. Third-Party Liability. JustUsCarpooling.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause customers harm.  Any photos sent to JustUsCarpooling  requesting to be added to our JustUs Photo Gallery will be added per customer request.    JustUs Carpooling is in no way liable for any photos copied, shared or sold by any third party persons or companies.

3. Terms and Conditions. JustUsCarpooling.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

4. We Accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Zelle.

5. Any customer acting unethical or unprofessional may have services cancelled without refund at the sole discretion of JustUsCarpooling.com with all future services forfeited.

6. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.

7. Private Information. JustUsCarpooling.com will never provide personal information about its customers to any third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

8. Damaging Intent. Any customers who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to JustUsCarpooling.com and or its customers will have their services terminated from JustUsCarpooling.com. Depending on seriousness, JustUsCarpooling.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

9. UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail)  / UBE (Unsolicited Bulk E-mail) or SPAM. JustUsCarpooling.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE/UBE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of JustUsCarpooling.com and for the benefit of all its customers. Customers proven to be participating in such activities will have their services canceled.

10. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of customers to keep their personal records up to date. JustUsCarpooling.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information.
