It is important that parents understand and acknowledge Just Us Car Pooling policy and rules. The driver can only wait three minutes after scheduled pickup time. If your child(ren) has not arrived within the allotted three minutes waiting time, the driver has been instructed to proceed to next destination. The driver will NOT return to pickup your child. It will be the responsibility of the parent to take their child to school. If the parent takes the child to school, the parent must inform JustUs Carpooling to drop-off child at normal destination.
The driver should not have to honk for passengers upon arrival.
The driver should not have to operate the vehicle under unbearable noise volumes.
The driver should not have to make unscheduled stops for personal errands.
Safety:
Safely Picking-Up and Dropping-Off at scheduled and appointed destinations.
The maintenance of the vehicle is kept in proper and safe operating condition.
The vehicles are sanitized daily to prevent germs and/or viruses.
The driver will report any accident that occurs inside the vehicle during travel time.
To drive safely and ensure seat belts are worn at all times while driving vehicle.

No playing in the vehicle.
No hitting or fighting in the vehicle.
No profanity used in the vehicle.
No eating or drinking in the vehicle.
No radio, iPod, iPad, Scandisk, DS Nintendo, or DSI Nintendo, MP3, or toys.
No chewing gum in the vehicle.
No irate and uncooperative riders in the vehicle.
Cellular Phones are used for emergency only, NOT for taking pictures, etc.
Cancellation:
If the client chooses to cancel services provided by Just Us Car Pooling, the customer will not be refunded for services not rendered for their current monthly charges.
Just Us Car Pooling has the rights to cancel services if any of the actions listed above are violated.
