All forms must be completed and returned before September 1st to confirm your spot with JustUs Carpooling. Please complete and sign all forms below and e-mail forms back to us at juforms@justuscarpooling.com. The registration fee of $50 dollars must be paid before your application is considered. If you have not done so, please click on the registration page to register. Once you have registered click on the Payment Options page to pay the registration fee. The “JustUs There Is A Problem” documentation bring awareness of actions that must be taken in the event there is a problem. By signing this document you agree and understand that action will and must be taken to ensure the safety of our children while riding to and from school.
